Q: Can you ship to airbnb residence in Japan?

A: We don't recommend if you stay in airbnb as it may cause some trouble  regarding communications issues with courier on your side.

So please take all responsibility for ordering if you stay at Airbnb.

Q: How can I make payment?

A: Please use your credit card or debit card for transactions.

Q: When is it better to order?

A: The earlier, the better as most of them takes  7-10 days to prepare shipping after your payment.

Q: The products you sell are all halal?

A: We offer you Halal cert and Muslim friendly products. For the Muslim friendly products, please click here for detail.

Q: I am a travel agent. Can you arrange souvenirs for my customers?

A: Yes, we would love to support you. DM us for more detail.

Q: How can I get my order?

A: You can collect your order at front desk of your hotel. All you need to do when you order is just write down the detail of your hotel and your name.  Make sure to let us know when and how long you will stay there to avoid delivery fail.

Q: How is the expiry date?

A: We ship items with at least 2/3 of the expiry date counting from the day when you order.

Q: How can I write down address?

A: We use agoda.com website as our standard for address. Please copy & paste the address of hotel including zip code.  Also please write down the name of hotel in the optional bracket.

Q: Why is shipping fee expensive?

A: We use “drop shipping” method to deliver products. It means each manufacturer sends you products directly. Ex: you order products from 2 brands.  Shipping fee is 1,000 yen*2=2,000 yen.

Q: I am a residence in Japan. Can I order?

A: Yes you can. We deliver your residence in Japan.

A: 日本人による運営ですので可能です。

Q: Is there any blackout dates for shipping?

A: Yes, we are closed on weekends and Japanese national holidays. Also please look carefully for the  following holiday seasons in 2023.

A: Can you arrange delivery to my office in Japan?

Q: Yes we can arrange that.

Q: I pay but my friend picks up in Japan.

A: Yes, you can proceed shopping. Please make sure you share shipping info with your friend.

Q: Can I bring souvenirs back to my country?

A: Please check  info announced by the custom in your country.  We mention all ingredients in each product details.

Q: What’s lead time?

A: It tells you how many days to deliver product. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are excluded.

EX: If you order in 01/03/2023 (wed) and it’s said lead time is 3 business day, it would be delivered on 06/03/2023 (mon).

We count from the next day after the order is receive.

Q: Can you arrange delivery to overseas?

A: Currently we focus on Japan market. However, we are also aiming to deliver to overseas soon.
